She has a passion for researching complex issues, resolving claims challenges, navigating insurance processes, and diving into Excel projects. Outside of work, Kendra cherishes time with her family, whether cheering on her daughters at their sports events, relaxing with her husband and dogs, or enjoying live music at a Blue October concert. She’s excited to collaborate with you and looks forward to making a difference together!

With over two decades of experience in medical billing, Emily brings a comprehensive understanding of the complex financial systems that support healthcare operations. She has enjoyed working closely with providers and insurance companies to increase efficiency and profitability for healthcare organizations.

In addition to her professional life, she’s a proud parent of two children—one currently in college and another in high school—who keep her grounded and inspired.

With over 20 years of experience in medical billing, Stacey brings a deep understanding and a passion for tackling the challenges that come with navigating the world of insurance. Outside of work, Stacey wears many hats—she’s a devoted wife, proud mom, and a doting grandmother to a spunky toddler who keeps her on her toes. She stays active at the gym and lends a hand on the family farm, whether it’s working cattle or helping with their custom hay business. Stacey is also rarely seen without her loyal Blue Heelers, Tug and Gus, by her side.

Megan has over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, where she thrives on analyzing spreadsheets and tackling reports. She has developed expertise in managing patient accounts and ensuring timely payment resolutions. Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending quality time with her husband and daughters. A true crime enthusiast, she loves diving into podcasts, shows, and immersing herself in all things fiction.

Diana has been in the insurance industry for almost 30 years and loves it! She enjoys researching claim issues, fixing the issues to get claims paid, and working reports in Excel. She loves hanging out with her husband, son, and daughter. In her spare time, she can be found attending her kids’ activities, reading a good book, working on a puzzle, or playing with her dog and cat.
